Cigarettes sold at Discount Cigarettes Store are for personal use only and not for resale
By placing an order on Discount Cigarettes Store you enter a purchase contract and agree to the
following conditions.
- As a condition of doing business, the buyer must fully comply with all fiscal and regulatory
requirements for which the buyer is responsible as applicable to the goods, which are the subject of
the invoice that is generated by the shopping cart of this site.
- U.S. consumers who buy goods from foreign sources become the importer. The importer is responsible
for assuring that the goods comply with a variety of both state and federal government import regulations.
- The buyer instructs the seller to send the goods by International Postal Service to the address
provided by the buyer. To speed up a package through Customs examination at a port's International Mail
Branch, the buyer instructs the seller to affix a completed green Customs Declaration Form to the outside
of the package. The buyer requests to attach a declaration to each parcel stating the description of the
item, the corresponding value, weight, and qty. The buyer, and again exclusively the buyer, causes to ship
the goods obtained under bond and consequently possessed by the buyer.
- The buyer agrees to contact us first should any problems arise with his/her order without disputing the order with his/her credit card/bank issuer.

Discount System
In order to gratify our customers and give back more to them, we provide a volume discount for orders paid by check. Your discount depends on the total amount of such purchases made after January 1st, 2006.

Goods delivery

If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, delivery address and an approximate
date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace
the goods free of charge.
Delivering time
If order is shipped from Europe the average delivery time to United States is 2 - 3 weeks.
Orders shipped from Native American Reservation are deliveried by
USPS Priority Mail. The shipping takes approximately 2 to 5 business days. Priority Mail is delivered on Saturdays, and is not
delivered on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Priority Mail does not guarantee a delivery date, therefore we are
also unable to guarantee you the exact date.
Shipping info
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after they were placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
If your order is big and shipped from Europe it is split up in several parcels, 6 cartons per parcel.
Usually parcels are shipped on the same day. Since order is shipped separately, there is a chance that
parcels arrival could be a few days apart.
Return policy
We want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately
upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty or
incorrect, let us know and we will give you return instructions. Then, return the unused merchandise
within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. The Customer

and order number.
Refunds
In the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will
replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If it is not possible then a full
refund of the purchase price will be issued. Such goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt.
The Customer will be responsible for arranging return transportation, and postage costs thus incurred will
be on Customer's account without subsequent reimbursement.
International Duty Laws
It is your responsibility to determine whether Internet purchases of cigarettes in your area are prohibited
under local laws. In the event that you are charged duty upon receiving your parcel you have a choice to pay
the duty or refuse the package, in which case the package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund
for the order.
If your local authority requires tax payments for the purchases made,
